While working at Animade, I contributed to a series of Facebook Wordmark Animations, exploring creative ways to bring the logo to life through motion. My role involved sketching concepts, developing styleframes, and animating the illustrated wordmark to craft engaging and meaningful animations. It was important for us to ensure that each animation was respectful, representative, and inclusive.

To integrate these animations into the Facebook app, we used the Keyframes plugin, which came with certain technical restrictions in After Effects—such as the inability to use masks. I was always eager to find workarounds and creative solutions to achieve the best possible animation results while staying within these constraints. Every movement was carefully designed to maintain clarity, personality, and a sense of connection, making the wordmark feel expressive yet universally relatable.
